Booking terms

The same for every package. They are written into your quotation, so nothing changes after you confirm.

75% advance
Your date is held once the advance is paid.Pay by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or cash at the studio. The balance is due on the event day.
30% cancellation
If you cancel, we keep 30% of the package price.Moving to another free date costs nothing.
Outside Dhaka +15%
Events outside Dhaka city add 15% to that event's package.This covers the team's travel and time on the road.
Sneak peek in 7 days
A first set of edited photographs within 7 days of each event.Shared as a private online gallery you can send to family.
Delivery in 45 days
The full edited set, the films and the album proofs.Need it sooner? Express delivery brings photographs to 15 days.
  1. A 75% advance confirms the booking. The balance is due on the event day.
  2. If you cancel, 30% of the advance is kept as a cancellation fee.
  3. Venues outside Dhaka add 15% to the package price. Travel and stay are arranged by the client.
  4. Sneak peek in 7 days. Full photos and video in 45 days.
  5. Album designs are shared for one round of changes before printing.
